Handball Friendly Matches – Spain 2010

AVAILABLE DATES FOR 2010: Any dates except the during our tournaments, saturdays, sundays and high season (6 July – 22 August)

MINIMUM STAY: 4 nights. Additional nights are possible.

GUARANTEED MATCHES: at least 2 per category.

TYPE OF ACCOMMODATION: Hotel ***

BASIC PROGRAMME:

Day 1. Arrival at chosen destination, where your sports coordinator will give you detailed information on the programme. Evening meal and accommodation.

Day 2. Breakfast. Boat trip along the coast (summer only). Possibility of visiting the Vila Vella (ancient city) of Tossa de Mar, a 12th-century fortified town. Lunch at the hotel. Afternoon/evening, departure from the hotel to play a match v. a Spanish team. Return to the hotel. Evening meal and accommodation.

Day 3. Full board at the hotel. Day at leisure. A trip to Barcelona, including a visit of the city and Barcelona F.C.’s sensational “Camp Nou” stadium, can be arranged.

Day 4. Full board at the hotel. A morning sightseeing tour of Gerona, taking in the cathedral, the Arabian baths and the city’s Jewish Quarter is recommended. In the afternoon/evening, friendly handball match with the local team.

Day 5. Breakfast and departure. End of programme.
